The facilities at the The YMCAs of Québec’s centres are comparable to the best fitness facilities in Québec. However, the Y differentiates itself with its unique ambiance because at the Y, as you do good for yourself, you’re doing good for others.
The YMCAs of Québec offers membership types to fit all budgets and lifestyles. You can participate in a variety of physical activities, take group classes, receive personalized training programs, get advice from private trainers, join a sports club or benefit from special packages for the entire family.
The Y centres have a variety of fitness facilities, including swimming pools, multipurpose gyms, dance and cardio cycle studios, fitness and weight rooms, an arena, etc.
